The Role:

Working within an HR team handling all recruitment of staff. Identifying current and future hiring needs, by providing a professional service to the company. Building sustainable strong business relationships with internal and external contacts. Ensuing that the recruitment process is efficient and has a positive experience for internal and external candidates.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage Relationships with senior stakeholders to understand and execute their business specific hiring needs, holding in take meetings.
  • Handling the selection process, designing and applying appropriate tools to gain best shortlisted candidates for the vacancies and keeping abreast of leading resourcing methods.
  • Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process building effective relationships using strong communication skills and providing feedback at all stages
  • Managing all vacancies ensuring the recruitment criteria and processes are successfully achieved within time lines using the most cost effective and efficient methods for each role.
  • Using agreed processes to attract and source quality applicants.
  • Pro-actively source candidate’s through a range of direct techniques with a focus on search advertising and social media.
  • Schedule all interviews
  • Dealing with Recruitment KPI’s
  • Ensuring GDPR compliance

Experience Required:

  • Experience of in house and agency recruitment – preferably within an Aviation/Engineering background
  • Articulate with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • A team player who is approachable and can relate to people at all levels
  • Service driver with proven ability to work to stringent deadlines
  • Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve services to the business
  • Respects the importance of Confidentiality
