With more than two decades of experience in the civil aviation industry, Benjamin has a combination of excellent technical and commercial expertise. He is responsible for Storm Aviation’s Part-147 training and other training activities. As a nominated CAA Form 4 holder he ensures compliance, and the management of courses and instructors at sites in the UK, across Europe and worldwide.
Before joining Storm Aviation in October 2013, Benjamin held the position of Airworthiness and Licensing Standards Surveyor at the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), specialising in Part-66/147. Benjamin started his career as a British Airways apprentice, and worked his way up through to Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor, and left as the Part-147 Subject Matter Expert on the A380-800.
As a B1 and B2 Part-66 licence holder, Benjamin has extensive maintenance and training expertise on the majority of in-service Airbus and Boeing aircraft.
In his free time, Benjamin enjoys time with his family and is a keen traveller, DIY fan, going to the gym and taking part in sports.
