Tank Seals

Since 2009, we have repaired 1000+ fuel system faults and have experience on most civil aircraft types.

The Tank Seals team provide a specialist service for fuel tank entry including re-sealing, tank scrubs, loom changes, probe changes, component replacements and accomplishment of service bulletins in a base or line maintenance environment.

In the event of an AOG or scheduled aircraft fuel tank defect, the TankSeals team are experienced on the following aircraft types: Airbus A320 & A330, Boeing B737, B747, B757, B767, B777, B787, MD DC10 & MD11.

Our customers rely on us for a wide range of aircraft fuel system related services including:

  • AOG & scheduled fuel system services: Fuel leak repairs & fuel tank pressure testing
  • Fuel system component replacement: System testing, fault diagnosis and component replacement
  • Fuel tank decontamination: Internal surface cleaning and contamination removal
  • Fuel tank structural modification and repair: Structural fuel tank repairs
  • Fuel tank SB, AD & Mod embodiment: Fuel system modifications, including service bulletin and directive embodiment
  • Non-destructive testing (NDT) inspection preparation: Sealant removal & surface preparation
